1. By submitting the following Booking form you are not making a confirmed booking. We will send an email/ make a phone call to inform you of availability and to confirm the pick-up time, airport meeting point, contact phone numbers and all associated costs and details.
2. All return bookings (pick-ups from the airport) must be secured or paid for either on your date of departure from Sydney Airport with your driver. An additional $2.00 transaction fee will apply if using a credit card.
3. Airport Shuttle North accepts no liability or responsibility for delayed or cancelled flights and delays due to traffic and traffic accidents. If for any reason we cannot meet your flight, a refund will be issued if prepaid. If for any reason we fail to pickup our pasengers at the designated date and/or time, we shall not be held responsible for the payment of airfares, accommodation, taxi fares, train fares or bus fares or any other related expenses.
4. Refunds will only occur in the instance where we fail to provide service during our operating hours (ie 4:00am-17:30pm). If your flight into Sydney Airport is delayed or cancelled, phone us so that we may inform you of the next available bus departing the airport.
5. Our buses run to a timetable and our drivers, by law, must adhere to government regulated driving hours. If your delayed flight arrives at a time that does not suitably connect with our scheduled bus departure times, we are under no obligation to provide you with a pickup at a time that is outside our scheduled operating hours.
6. Airport Shuttle North cannot guarantee our buses will operate to the exact times that passengers are booked in for or the availability of seats hence, vacancies may not always be available at the time/s you require to travel.
7. All internet bookings will be processed by midday on the next business day following the booking. They will then be confirmed by email. We will not be held responsible for any bookings not confirmed by our office.

TIMETABLEAirport Shuttle North services are available 362 days a year (not Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day), between 4.00am and 17.30pm (6.30pm). The transfers are on an hourly basis, meaning we are able to pick you up from your door each hour between theses times, a service which is not provided by any of our competitors. We advise you to book well in advance of your travel dates to ensure the availability of our services. Please allow 48
hours to receive a confirmation. For bookings needing earlier confirmation
